Carrot juice is a classic recipe in the juice world, and many people have juiced carrots every single day for years throughout history due to their large amounts of Vitamin A, C and E, which all increase immunity and aid in overall aging benefits. Carrot juice is also extremely cleansing, yet also gentle, and it tastes great! I love that carrot juice just glows, and I feel like I’m giving my body a total wellness shot with each and every sip! In this recipe, you’re increasing the antioxidant load by adding Vitamin C rich oranges and grapefruit, which also help to lower insulin in the body. Ginger aids in digestion and adds a wonderful punch to the whole recipe. This makes one quart, but you could always half the ingredients for one or two servings.


12 carrots

1 grapefruit

2 small navel oranges

1/2 inch knob of a piece of ginger


Juice everything together, pour into a glass, and enjoy!
