1

Pesto Chicken Garlic Knot Sliders

These sound tough to make, but they're so, so tasty! Eat three or four of them, and they're actually a meal, maybe even a meal the kids will eat... especially if you give them some marinara to dip these in...

2

Chocolate Strawberry Cream Puffs

This one the kids will like too, of course, but these are for mom! Pair with something light and crisp, then Netflix the latest episode of This is Us and do not cry.

3

Ratatouille Boats

Again, kids will LOVE this dish. Pop in the Pixar classic Ratatouille, make a few of these, grab a glass of your favorite red, and relax. Momming done well, right here.

4

Loaded Baked Potato Salad Bites

I love these for summer with a light white wine, but really, you could make them any time.

5

Watermelon Fruit Pizza

I'm truly not trying to make all of these kid-friendly, but if you're going to make a snack to enjoy with wine, why not let the kids have some too? They'll love this colorful, sweet (and healthy) treat.

Creamy Chipotle Chicken Lettuce Cups

You could enjoy these little cups with wine or with beer, if that's more your speed. So good, and so good for you!

UPD:

These delightful Creamy Chipotle Chicken Lettuce Cups offer a perfect blend of smoky flavor with a refreshing crunch. They pair wonderfully with a crisp white wine or even a light rosé that complements the chipotle's warmth without overpowering it. Alternatively, reach for a well-chilled lager to echo the meal's casual yet chic vibe. Each bite is a mixture of creamy chicken and crisp lettuce, making it not only a tasty choice but also one that you can indulge in without any guilt. Your guests will adore the sophisticated simplicity and the burst of flavors!

7

Cheesy Eggplant Roll-Ups

Oh my gosh, these are delicious whether you have wine or not! But if you're so inclined, pour a glass of merlot and enjoy a few of these cheesy little treats.

UPD:

Eggplant slices are pan-fried until golden and then filled with a sumptuous mixture of ricotta, parmesan, and herbs. Rolled up like cozy blankets, these beauties are then smothered in a homemade tomato sauce and baked until the cheese is bubbling and irresistible. Perfect for scooping with a piece of crusty bread, these roll-ups are a sophisticated addition to your wine night that will have everyone asking for the recipe. Pair with a robust red, and you've got an elegant snack that's sure to impress.

8

Cheesy Bacon Monkey Bread

We're back to snacks the kids will love, and maybe even the hubs, because bacon.

9

Zucchini Tots

This is more a side dish than a snack on its own, but you CAN enjoy it as a bite between meals if you're craving something salty and savory to go with your wine.

UPD:

Zucchini tots are a delicious snack perfect for enjoying with a glass of wine. This tasty side dish is easy to make and packed with flavor. It's also a great way to use up any extra zucchini you may have on hand.

To make zucchini tots, start by grating two cups of zucchini into a bowl. Add in one egg, one tablespoon of olive oil, and one cup of breadcrumbs. Mix everything together until it's well combined. Then, form the mixture into small tots and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

These crunchy tots are a great way to add some extra nutrition to your snack time. Zucchini is a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It's also low in calories and fat, making it a healthy choice for those watching their weight.

When served with a glass of wine, zucchini tots make an excellent snack. The crispy texture and savory flavor pair perfectly with a variety of white and red wines. Plus, the tots are small enough to be enjoyed in one bite.

Honey Lime Sriracha Chicken Poppers

I made these to bring with me to a Super Bowl party, and they were a hit! They also go great at home, with wine, when the kids are all miraculously playing quietly and you're unsure what to do when there's no littles to entertain.

11

Tornado Zucchini

Okay, these are just too much fun. Yeah, yeah, the kids will like them too, but they're mostly for mommy. Skip the kiddie-ranch and go plain or with a red sauce.

12

Mini Caramel Apple Tarts

These are way more decadent than they look — who said anything about wholesome? — and they're covered in gooey caramel, so enjoy these without the littles and save yourself hours of sticky-finger cleanup. I love these with Riesling.

13

Cinnamon Sugar Cheesecake Bars

Another sweet treat, this one less decadent, more everyday, but still so, so good! Def pair these with a white.

14

Tempura Bowl

This takes a little time to prep, but they're delicious, so why not try them the next time the kids are at gran's for the night, and it's just you and hubs... or just you and the wine?

15

Shrimp Cups

These have a surprising little kick to them, ideal for pairing with a crisp white, not too sweet.

16

Hot Dog Tots

I'm throwing in one that looks like it would be entirely for the kids, to keep them occupied while you're eating cheese and drinking wine. You might like them too, but really, right now, you just want the wine and cheese, maybe some blue grapes.

17

Cheddar Corn Fritters

They're cheesy, they're fried, they're easy to make... what could be more soothing after a rough week, especially when paired with your fave white?

Which of these treats will you try first? Or do you have another goes-with-wine snack to share?
