Leafy Greens

Leafy greens are a good source of Vitamins A and K, which are necessary for healthy thyroid function. Yet, too much cruciferous greens like kale, can actually hurt your thyroid function, so keep kale in your diet, but be sure to rotate your greens so you donโ€™t get too much of one nutrient from a certain green. My top choices are romaine, spinach, kale, arugula, herb mixes, and a mix of spring greens. Collards are also good too!
