Hey Alyx, Ahh I didnt know what KD was lol Im not a fussy eater, I can eat mostly anything, and im not allergic to anything either. I cant get enough spice, but if I eat a spicy dish, I wouldnt eat ith with a subtle flavoured meal as it would ruin the taste. A good well chosen wine is a must, with a good meal. We are so lucky we can get so much over here. Like I said before I have grown my own stuff before and it tastes so much nices. eg Tomatoes I grew tasted so rich and yummy, and not watery like shop bought ones. They class fruits and veg so they look pretty and not all wonkey looking, which is so wasteful. Get into Rice, did you know there are 40,000 varietys of rice, fuck me sideways I was shocked also. You cant beat it and it goes with so much food. Its like Jeans, U can wear it with anything. Like I said I am very good with money and very resourceful also.

@ritchie v male friends not men typo!

Right typing from pc now so typing should be better lol. I left home and couldn't really cook, but now I have learnt to cook, and have been employed by many restaurants in the past to work. You can learn if you want to. The most I have cooked for is 125 people a 3 course meal, and they all Loved it. I can cook a meal for 2 for roughly £1.00 - £1.50. If you want meat, the price goes up slightly. Markets and some shops sell food off a lot cheaper at the end of the day, just find out when food is reduced. If you can use a freezer " Do it " as Nike says.Pasta and Rice is so cheap. You need some magic ingredients that can make so many Healthy Nutritious meals. They say it cheaper to buy Take-outs, don't do it, I have seen how food prepared in many of them and what goes into them, you would be shocked.

Alyx I normally go to farm shops where you can get great deals, or health food shops. What does Quinoa taste like? No one has described ho wit tastes.I love Nuts, and sprinkling sesame seeds on my salads. Peanut oil is great for Chinese cooking. If kids eat your cooking its generally a good sign you are a good cook, and its important to introduce kids to so many tastes and experiences that you can when they are young. They will grow up having a passion and love for life.

Hahahah @ritchie V cancel that ticket beside I would not be smelling a 1000yr old Chinese if it really exist so there...hahah I can cook so well men look at me in wonderment when they taste my food Nd I m not one for showing off but damn yeah I can cook!

What...these are wonderful healthy stuff thanks! Well as a student if you eat food like this no excuses for not getting those A grades...!

Quinoa

Love quinoa! Wishing I had more time and more bulk money now. All these things are cheap per meal once you have them, but a bag of organic non processed quinoa is like 15$ each. I just bought some chia seeds and a couple of other seeds to mix into pastas and oatmeal, but it was a 200$ trip to the grocer and only bought around 5 items. But I do love quinoa on top of salads. Didn't think of buying it when I bought my seeds. Seeds go great on pastas, even KS, once you have mixed it in with the cheese children don't even notice the seeds. Especially those who use ketchup. When I watch my best friends 5 picky kids that's my go to. Wonder if they'd like quinoa. It's definitely fun to cook/boil and see the little "heads" pop out. Too bad I just had wisdom teeth surgery and can't have any little foods like seeds for a month or I'd go get some tonight. :)

@ritchie v keep on being passionate and your recipe looks good!

I said if they dont want to learn. Since we are talking about food " Variety is the Spice of Life " Im not being hard, Quote " Im real " I love making my own freshly Ground spices, People have to taste my cooking, I take pleasure in cooking for people, I am a passionate person in all that I do in life, even annoying you haha
