Whilst we all know that eating junk food isn't going to leave us with smooth, clear skin, did you know that there are superfoods for glowing skin that you can add to your diet to ensure your skin looks great, with or without makeup? You probably eat quite a few of these foods already, but adding these superfoods for glowing skin to your diet can help protect skin from the environment and leave it fresh and healthy. Did I mention these foods are also delicious? Whether you add them to your lunchbox for work, cook a meal from scratch with them or simply snack on them between meals, these tasty superfoods are an essential party of any diet if you're looking to boost the health and beauty of your skin!

1. Flax and Hemp Seeds

These tiny seeds are a powerhouse of essential fatty acids, such as Omega 3, and are filled with protein - they're one of the top superfoods for glowing skin! Eat them as a snack or sprinkle them on salads or sandwiches to help protect against wrinkles and sun damage.

2. Papaya
