I could not cook without herbs and spices and my salads would be so boring!

Many herbs and spices are richer in antioxidants than most foods we eat!

Experiment with new ones each time you cook.

My favorites are oregano, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, black pepper, ground mustard and cayenne.
