Stevia is my must-have sweetener.

It takes away the need for any sugar or sugar substitute.

Since stevia comes from an herb, it is not artificial, but actually wonderful for regulating blood sugar.

A little goes a long way too!

Just 1/8 tsp.

equals 2 tbsp.

of regular sugar!
