I’m sure you’ve heard of those magical β€œgood fats” that everyone raves about. If you’ve yet to be able to find foods with good fats, though, your search is over. Avocados are so much better for, say, your toast, than butter is, making it a β€œsuperfood” when you’re looking to lose weight.
