Scientists say that you should have a square of chocolate or a choccy biscuit so that your body gets a boost of the good chemicals.

Well if science insists… However, you must remember that chocolate should be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet, and in moderation to avoid a negative health impact.

3. Chocolate Boosts Your Mood

One of the reasons you love chocolate is because it is a mood enhancer.

Chocolate has a chemical in it called tryptophan which is something that your brain uses to produce serotonin.2

When you have higher levels of serotonin you will stimulate endorphins which will give you feelings of happiness.
