Wait, what? Yes, you read that right! Water is an important essential to drink every day! You are supposed to drink about 64 oz of water a day! And I know a lot of people who just can't drink water, just because. There needs to be some sort of flavor to it! Lo and behold, adding fresh fruit to your water can help you not only drink the necessary amount of water, but it also helps to keep your body clean and it gets rid of toxins while adding essential vitamins and key nutrients from the fruit! Here are some great recipes: lemon and water (try squeezing fresh lemon into the water to give it a nice citric taste); mint and water (something refreshing and beneficial, mint is great in promoting digestion and soothes the stomach). If you want to be fancy, you can do lemon water with mint! BAM! This offers a lot of vitamin C as well as helps your body release fat cells naturally!
