All it would take is a quick trip to the dollar store for ramen noodles, chocolate chips, peanut butter, marshmallows, and parchment paper. Do you want to serve on small paper plates? Grab some cute paper plates with some cute napkins.
While staying on the economical side, serve some unsweetened iced tea with lemon and/or coffee.
The video says that the rocky road bundles do not need to be in the fridge, but I still would at least until the morning of serving them.
