Strawberry Covered Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae

Strawberry Covered Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae Take one pint of So Delicious chocolate ice cream in either the soy or coconut variety and empty it into a parfait glass. Top with 4 chopped strawberries. Next, in a bowl, mix 1 tsp. melted coconut oil and 1 tsp. raw cacao or cocoa powder, plus 1 drop of stevia, or ½ a packet to make a ‘Magic Shell’ topping. Stir together and pour it over the ice cream and strawberries. Put this in the freezer to harden for 10 minutes. Remove and serve.

Sugar-Free Coconut Cream Pie Ice Cream

Sugar-Free Coconut Cream Pie Ice Cream Take one pint of no sugar added vanilla coconut ice cream by So Delicious and empty it into a glass, such as a a parfait glass. I recommend using the sugar-free vanilla flavored, but you can choose any of the flavors you like. Mix 3 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut with 1 tbsp. almond milk. Scoop this on top of the ice cream and serve.

Sugar-Free Raspberry Ripple Fudge Ice Cream

Sugar-Free Raspberry Ripple Fudge Ice Cream This recipe is almost too easy. To make this, just take a pint of nondairy chocolate ice cream, like So Delicious chocolate ice cream, and blend it with a ½ cup of frozen raspberries. Scoop this out into a parfait glass or ice cream dish and sprinkle with vegan chocolate chips if desired.

Mounds Bar Ice Cream Sundae

Mounds Bar Ice Cream Sundae This recipe is also super simple! I love Mounds bars, and it is easy to make your ice cream taste like one with my little trick. I use Luna and Larry’s Naked Coconut coconut based ice cream in this recipe, since it is my favorite. I mixed the ice cream with 2 tbsp. of unsweetened shredded coconut in a food processor and scooped it out into a dish. Next, I made a sugar-free ‘Magic Shell’ topping by mixing 1 tsp. coconut oil with 1 tsp. raw cacao powder and a drop of stevia liquid. You could also use ½ a packet of stevia if you wish. Stir the ingredients together, pour over the ice cream and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove and serve, and you have your own Mounds bar in ice cream form!

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Ice Cream If you’re a fan of Reese’s, and honestly, I don’t see how anyone couldn’t be, then make this easy ice cream dish as soon as possible! Simply take a container of Tempt chocolate ice cream, which is a vegan based ice cream made of hemp milk that is rich and creamy in taste, and put it into a blender or food processor. Next, add 2 tbsp. raw cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips. Last, add 1 tbsp. of organic peanut butter or even PB2 powdered peanut butter if you want less calories. Blend or process everything together and scoop into a dish to serve.

Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream My favorite flavor ice cream in high school was a toss up between Mint Chocolate Chip and Strawberry Cheesecake. Luckily, even if you’re vegan, you can still make your own version of cheesecake ice cream at home with this recipe. Take any variety of vegan vanilla ice cream and place it in a blender. I like So Delicious brand’s almond milk ice cream, which is extra creamy in taste, in my opinion. Next add 1 tbsp. almond milk and 1 tbsp. cashew butter, which gives it a cheesecake texture and flavor, believe it or not. Last, add a ¼ cup of frozen or fresh strawberries. Process on high and put into a parfait glass. Serve with fresh strawberries if desired.

Classic Banana Split Sundae

Classic Banana Split Sundae This recipe is super simple, but majorly delicious. All you need to do is take a pint of any flavor vegan ice cream brand you wish (or a combination of multiple kinds) and put the ice cream in a parfait glass or other dish. Top with a chopped banana, fresh strawberries or cherries, chocolate chips or cacao nibs, a few walnuts or almonds, and top with your choice of vegan chocolate syrup. Or you can make the ‘Magic Shell’ topping by mixing 1 tsp. coconut oil, 1 tsp. raw cacao powder and 1 drop or ½ a pack of stevia in a separate bowl than the ice cream. Pour the 'Magic Shell' topping over the ice cream dish and freeze for 10 minutes to harden before serving. You’ll feel like you’re getting the old ice cream parlor classic, right in your home!

I just love ice cream, and though I’m not vegan, I love eating vegan ice cream. With the amazing healthy brands out there, eating cruelty-free desserts is incredibly delicious and simple. Do you like vegan ice creams?
