Beef and the Mediterranean Diet ...

Did you know the importance of beef in your diet? Have you ever considered the Mediterranean diet? It's not just fresh fruits, veggies, fish, and pasta!

A little pita can be quite filling and nutritious! I think the salsa does the trick, in this YouTube video recipe, along with the well-done flank steak. As pitas come in different forms, I like flour pitas. How about you? If you do not follow the Mediterranean, this could also be a good recipe for the Flexitarian.
