1. Rotisserie Chicken

at allrecipes.com
Rotisserie Chicken On the days I grocery shop, I pick a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. I love these chickens. They have so much flavor and make two meals. The first night we eat the chicken with potatoes or rice and a vegetable or salad. The second night I use the leftover chicken in a soup. It's also quite easy to make rotisserie chicken, so you may want to give it a shot yourself.

2. Chicken Noodle Soup

at allrecipes.com
Chicken Noodle Soup Chicken noodle soup is an easy entree that uses left over chicken. In most cases the chicken is already cubed or deboned. All I have to do is cut a few vegetables. I like carrots, celery, and onion. I mix the chicken, wide egg noodles, chicken broth and veggies in a pot to simmer. Add season to taste as needed. This soup is usually done in less than 30 minutes.
