You’ll be able to keep it healthy and save some money at the same time. That sounds like my kind of breakfast! Throw a cup of frozen fruit in your blender, add a scoop of low-fat Greek yogurt and enough skimmed milk to cover the fruit. Puree the mixture and glug it down. Strawberries, bananas, watermelon, kiwis, mango and peaches are good choices to try in any combination.

Waffles If you’re a toaster waffle kind of girl, much like myself, you can still create a breakfast for weight loss and enjoy your favorite. The key is to choose a low-fat, whole grain option. Toast the waffle and top it with Greek yogurt and sliced strawberries. Or spread it with a tablespoon of peanut butter and layer on a scoop of applesauce.

You can eat it bread, just the right kind. I eat NO sugar bread, whole grain, with protein. 2 slices, 120 calories, and 22g of carbs with 10 g of protein. Pair it with low fat cheese or peanut butter, or even eggs with some berries and u have a good bfast to keep u going good! ☺️ Just trying to help ya out ladies! I was there 1 year ago with the confusion of what to eat, but there\'s something\'s I can\'t live without. 75 lbs lighter, and u can have what u like, but you must exercise too, and enjoy life! We can\'t ponder all day about what we should eat! Live your life, and fuel your body & mind!

I eat while wheat bread only as a treat! We think it\'s ok for us everyday, but what it does is spike out blood sugars, making us feel hungry during the day and picking the wrong foods! Protein always first is a good start! We all know our body needs protein as it\'s main source!

Not to sound mean but the majority of these belong on high calorie/unhealthy list. Bagels, waffles? This is carb suicide whether it tastes good or not. Huge no no. The title doesn't match the content, sorry.
