I am a huge fan of everything Italian. I love all kinds of different Italian foods and I am constantly looking for healthy recipes for two that can incorporate Italian flare. That is what this San Francisco dish does! Not only does is have a ton of seafood in it, but it also contains tomatoes and potatoes. It also cooks in about 30 minutes – great dish just to throw together!
