These pasta salads may be prepared the previous day. Delicious and filling!
My favorite would be the anti-pasta salad recipe. But, I am wondering...Why is the recipe called "anti-pasta"? I could never figure it out. But I love salami and all of the rest of the ingredients!

Red wine vinegar
Hot Italian peppers
Shrimp (baked at 400 degrees F until nice and pink)
Dressing (olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper)
Crushed red pepper
Crumbled feta cheese
Dressing (sour cream, mayonnaise, chipotle and adobe sauce, agave, cumin, zest lime, salt and pepper)
I have included all of the ingredients that I would personally use...except the chipotle and adobe sauce...those 2 are an iffy, but I did include.
