As part of taking control over your health and wellbeing, it's important to pay attention to the amount of sugar you consume daily. Did you ever wonder how many grams of sugar are in a teaspoon? 6. Fish and Shellfish

Fish and Shellfish Whilst you shouldn't eat more than two portions of fish or shellfish a week (due to the high mercury levels), eating fish provides your body with a dose of Omega 3, which can protect against sunburn and help fight inflammation. The protein in fish helps repair skin cells for a younger looking, glowing complexion. Why not add salmon and tuna to your diet a couple of times a week?

7. Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potatoes Next time you're in the mood for chips or a baked potato, swap your normal spuds for a bright orange sweet potato. The humble sweet potato is packed with antioxidants which replenish your skin's natural supply, fighting off free-radicals that damage cells and can cause premature aging. Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite veggies!

So there you have it - 7 foods that are not only delicious but that also boast great beauty benefits. Add these to your diet and you're sure to notice the results.
