An Easy and Delicious Recipe for Chuck Roast You Need to Have ...

I have a delicious and easy recipe for chuck roast to share with you today. There are those weeks when each day is busy and you don’t have the energy to prepare dinner for yourself or for your family. And it is not good to order pizza or pick up fast food every night. That will bring in another load of problems into your life.

This chuck roast recipe I’m sharing may not be the solution to a busy week but is helpful before a busy day. This is when the slow cooker becomes your best friend and thank goodness for whoever invented such a wonderful device. It doesn’t require a lot of ingredients and you can start cooking it the night before. So here is an easy recipe for chuck roast that I’m sure you will enjoy, as the meat remains juicy and tender. If done right, you won’t even need a knife, saving yourself on washing utensils.

Ingredients:
Chuck roast
⅔ Cup soy sauce
Chopped onions (your preference)
Water (depends on size of crockpot)
Pepper (your preference)

Directions:
First, pour the soy sauce into the crockpot. Sprinkle in chopped onions until the bottom is mostly covered. Since it is unclear how many onions you need to chop, it is easier to use a container of pre-chopped onions. Then place in the chuck roast and flip it around to cover it in the sauce. After the roast is covered, fill the crock pot up with water until it is 1 inch from the edge. Lastly, sprinkle in as much pepper as you like. Once that is done, set the pot on low for 22 hours.

It will take you less than five minutes to make. Try it out and enjoy.
