Pizza – a girls’ best friend, right? I love a good slice of pizza just about any time. And it’s such a crowd pleaser so you can never go wrong serving it to friends and family. Are you tired of the same old pizza toppings or do you just want to try something new? Either way, branching out can help you discover new and delicious things to eat when a pizza craving strikes. I know this sounds weird, but grapes appear on gourmet pizza menus all the time. Why? Because they taste great with cheese so why not try them on a crust? Green grapes are an outstanding choice and work well with any kind of cheese you desire. Add some pine nuts to the top and you have a meal you’ll want to eat all the time.
There’s something really decadent about shrimp, don’t you think? You might not think to put it on pizza, but it works! Combined with veggies or pineapple, you have a meal fit for a king. If you want to get really gourmet, consider cooking your shrimp in butter and garlic before putting them on your pizza. What could be better?
