Salads can be extremely healthy to eat. They have leafy greens and lots of fresh vegetables. Canned Fruit

Canned fruit is an inexpensive and easy way to get fruit into your diet. However, it often contains HFCS, especially if it is packed in syrup. To avoid HFCS, try buying frozen fruit instead of canned fruit. All you have to do is thaw the fruit, and it is ready to use however you want.

Protein Bars

Unless you are very careful, your protein bar could contain a lot of HFCS. Many protein bars that you find at the grocery store have HFCS as a main ingredient. Since HFCS is found in many products, it can be hard to avoid. However, if you read ingredient labels you can avoid the products that contain it. Also, you should eat whole, unprocessed foods as often as possible, as they certainly won’t have any HFCS. Do you try to avoid HFCS?

Rachelanne I been reading this stuff up, I may not know everything (Of course, nobody does) but most of the food items we eat is most likely made in the lab. And it is facts that shows scientists mix genes from another gene and plant them to create a new species. And sometimes Cyndi even the organic items are still not a 100%good😟

The bread I buy is all natural and organic for that reason HFCS

Not only the corn syrup bad for you, its GMO(made in the lab,not real)

Wow . Some of the main things I thought were healthy are on this list . Have to read the ingredients more often

I was very shocked I didn't expect some things to be on here wow

That's why I buy all organic

Making your own dressing will help!

GMO does not mean it was grown in a lab. It simply means that at some point, genes of another organism were bred into the plant. GMO food IS "real," grown in a field, and so far there's no proof you should be avoiding it. (My family farms, I'm not just making stuff up)
