Yeah trail mix isn't always the most heathy of snack items..some of these look soo yummy though

Most of these, though look delicious are not healthy in the slightest... Loaded with sodium and sugar. It was nice to see a mix of a few moderately healthy ones mixed in there .. Wish there could have been more vs the salty ones.
