I love coconut oil and use it in a variety of ways. Cooking, smoothies, baked goods, face cleanser, body moisturizer and hair mask. Wonderful product all around. I will certainly my try some of the oils mentioned in this article. Always looking for new improved ideas - Thank you!

I LOVE coconut oil bc of its nutty taste, esp when baked with; it helps add another tasty dimension to sweets. Coconut oil is also great in cooked breakfast cereals, as is Macadamia Nut oil (I stir coc oil, no matter if liquified or solid). Coconut oil is great in the place of shortening, butter, and canola oil too. A great oil to sautée with is Grapeseed Oil, due to its ability to stand high temperatures before it smokes. I'd like to try the Hemp, Avacado, Pumpkin Seed, and Red Palm Oils
