You can also make a Greek yogurt dip that will be high in protein and low in fat. If you’re super pressed for time, there are many pre-assembled veggie platters you can buy at your local grocery. Simply pick one up on your way to the party.

Loaded with vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, a rich fruit salad will make your skin glow and keep you from overeating or indulging on other decadent foods at the party.
