2. Cucumbers and Cheese

Okay, so this sounds odd, but it’s taking the world by storm. Even cafes around here have started offering this! Slice up enough cucumbers to fill 1.5 cups, and search the supermarkets for whipped cream cheese. This has fewer calories than standard cream cheese, due to increased air, so it’s much healthier. Cucumbers are a great water source, too, so they’ll fight bloating, as well as being only 100 calories. Win.
