The only extravagant ingredient would be the enchilada sauce.
The ingredients can be played with if you would rather make it a typical lasagna, for example, mozzarella instead of Mexican cheese.
However, I do like the tip to use tortilla wraps since so many come in one package. The more the lasagna the better!
