This recipe combines two things you love most - s'mores and cookies. You can't go wrong.
Ingredients:
1 devil's food cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup mini marshmallows
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, crushed
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a stand mixer, combine the cake mix, oil and eggs. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows. Scoop out balls of the dough and roll them in the crushed cracker crumbs. Cook on a baking sheet for about 12 to 15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before eating.

2. Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1 box red velvet cake mix
1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Use a stand mixer to combine the cake mix, eggs and oil. Stir in the chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 45 minutes. Roll balls of dough in 2 tablespoon increments and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
