1. Fig and Orange Zest

Fig and Orange Zest Never had a fig? Add this yogurt to your cart next time you go shopping. Mixed with orange, the flavor will be so yummy that you’ll be sad when the container is empty. There is just something about the mixture of fig and orange that just works and your morning meal will never the same once you get a taste.

2. Grape

Grape I wonder why it took so long to make grape yogurt. I’m talking real grapes here, not the fake purple color that makes popsicles or juice “grape.” This flavor comes from Chobani in limited amounts and is available right now. If it gains in popularity, the company might just go ahead and make it permanent.

3. Raspberry Lemon

Raspberry Lemon If you love raspberry lemonade, you are going to love this yogurt. Many companies make this flavor so you should be able to find it anywhere you shop. Not only is it super refreshing, but it makes eating something healthy taste like an indulgence. Add this to your lunchbox and you’ll never dread brown bagging it ever again. It also makes a tasty snack or morning meal.

4. Pomegranate

Pomegranate Pomegranate is hugely popular right now, so it makes sense to see it appear in yogurt. It has a tart flavor and a really fun color that makes it super appealing. You can enjoy pomegranate on its own, but it also comes mixed with other flavors. That includes oranges, chocolate and berries. There’s no question that whichever one you choose, you are going to love it.

5. Carrot

Carrot Carrots are a sweet vegetable, so it makes sense to see it in yogurt. Plus, it gives your yogurt a delicious orange color. Carrots are usually mixed with some type of fruit to make the yogurt sweeter. In general, you’ll see fruit/vegetable blends in Greek yogurt and you can find them at many health food stores. I’m willing to try them. Are you?

6. Beets

Beets Beets are another sweet tasting veggie that has a great color. Again, they are usually mixed with some type of fruit. Eating yogurt with vegetables is an easy way to boost your intake and enjoy something new and tasty. You can also use these veggie yogurts in savory dishes in place of sour cream to add depth, flavor and texture to your favorite meals. Sounds good to me!

7. Desserts

Desserts Who wouldn’t want to enjoy a healthy snack that tastes like a high end dessert, but is actually pretty healthy? With flavors like strawberry cheesecake, caramel de leche, key lime pie and chocolate chunk, you have loads of options. Make lunch decadent with one of them or enjoy them for dessert without wrecking your health goals. Awesome, am I right?

What’s your favorite yogurt flavor? I tend to choose plain Greek yogurt with strawberries, granola and honey, but some of these new flavors are intriguing and I might be stocking up next time I get groceries. What other flavors would you recommend?
