If you love yogurt, you are going to adore the brand new flavors that are hitting store shelves. You are going to have choices that go way beyond the usual strawberry and blueberry. Yogurt is a great addition to anyone’s meal plan because it contains protein, calcium and other nutrients that you need. Yogurt also contains probiotics, which are important for a healthy intestinal system. Even if you’ve never liked yogurt, you are going to adore the new flavors that are coming.

Not only is it super refreshing, but it makes eating something healthy taste like an indulgence. Add this to your lunchbox and you’ll never dread brown bagging it ever again. It also makes a tasty snack or morning meal.
Pomegranate is hugely popular right now, so it makes sense to see it appear in yogurt. It has a tart flavor and a really fun color that makes it super appealing. You can enjoy pomegranate on its own, but it also comes mixed with other flavors. That includes oranges, chocolate and berries. There’s no question that whichever one you choose, you are going to love it.
