Ingredients:
2 medium cooking apples
1 tablespoon clear honey
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon low fat spread
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180°
Remove the cores from the apples
With a sharp knife cut a groove all the way around the apple
Put the apples in an ovenproof dish
Mix together the low fat spread, honey, lemon juice, and rind
Spoon the mixture into the apples
Cover the dish with foil or a lid
Bake until tender for 40-45 minutes
