These aren't galettes! These might be pies but not galette, that's for sure! Galette look like crepes but don't have eggs in the batter and are savory. Fruits in a galette... Lol

Whatever they should be called they look delicious and I'm definitely going to make some of them.

I'm French, from Britanny, where French galette are from and I've never seen this kind of pies. I didn't Americans would use the same word for something different
