Love this! I will sometimes put fresh mint leaves and lemon Bom in my smoothie, the mix of mint and lemon is a really great taste! These two plants grow super easily I have them right outside my door, and lemon Bom has so many vitamins and health benefits and even grows wild where I live!

I cut up & freeze various fruits when the fruit is in season. That way I have fruit for my smoothies @ any time of year. Right now I have black cherries, pineapple, red plums, bananas, as well as a couple of others. I mix any of them together or all all of them together. I then add 2 small yogurts & blend them until smooth. I the add whatever vegetables we have on hand, blend them all together. The end results are usually really very good tasting & nutritious as well.
