I recently started using coconut oil for cooking and it's fantastic! The flavour,the smell and also the fact it has so many health benefits says it all. Would highly recommend it to all :)

I eat 1 spoonful of coconut oil everyday, it's really good for you!

Coconut oil has also been know to help with memory retention in people with Alzheimer's. Feeding them 4 tablespoons a day may help them recover memories they've lost.

I know it’s healthy for you but when I use it too cook makes me feel sick i don’t know why. Any suggestions?
