Watermelon If you ask me, there's nothing better than eating some watermelon! It's the perfect way to quench your thirst while you're hanging outside in the sun. In case you couldn't already tell by its name, watermelon is over 90% water. Therefore, it'll help keep you hydrated and keep your body cool! If you want, you can even freeze a couple of watermelon slices in your freezer before distributing them. SO yummy! Watermelon is just one of many yummy foods for summer.

Iced Coffee/tea What better way to start your summer morning than with an iced pick-me-up? Whether you're a coffee drinker or a tea lover, you can add a couple of ice cubes to your cup! I don't know about you, but I love drinking everything COLD in the summertime! An iced coffee or tea is yummy and still nutritional - but remember, too much of anything can be bad!

Cherries For some strange reason, I've only JUST made the realization that cherries are amazing! They also deliver tons of health benefits, including battling belly fat (source: sciencedaily.com). They're also a great topper for your occasional ice cream sundae!

Blueberries

Blueberries I could seriously munch on blueberries all day and night. Frozen ones are the best! Just throw some in a bowl and stick it in your freezer for a few hours. You'll thank me later! P.S. the antioxidants in blueberries help ward off any muscle fatigue you be feeling.

Grilled Chicken Kabobs Mmmm, grilled chicken kabobs are my absolute favorite! They're super easy to throw on the barbecue and are packed with protein but low in calories, fat, and carbs. Of course, you can add veggies to your kabobs too! I'd go with some zucchini or bell peppers - they'll add some delicious flavors and tons of antioxidants.
