If offered, it’s as easy and as simple as saying, "No." With so many other healthier and better tasting condiments, there is no reason to choose the poisonous options. The reason to be careful while choosing which condiment to go with your meal is because many choices are high in sugar, fat, and salt. Looking at alternatives to the unhealthy has brought me to realize that I can add so much more with so much less of some of the healthiest condiments and now you can too.
