When we think of packaged foods, we imagine the preservatives, sodium and array of ingredients we cannot pronounce.

And we also think of the unhealthy effects on our health and weight from eating packaged foods.

But before you turn your head, relax because there are actually some healthy packaged foods.

They are not all bad for you.

There are foods sitting on store shelves with ingredients similar to what you would make yourself and can save you time.
