Don't let summer end just yet! Celebrate with your own KFC coleslaw! Serve with your favorite main course as it compliments basically anything! Total yum!

What I have noticed is that instead of using the traditional mayonnaise and sour cream, KFC coleslaw uses ingredients such as buttermilk, lemon juice and sugar. Very different and probably what gives it it's unique flavor.

All you need is a head of cabbage and ingredients from the dollar store.

Just be careful if you do not have a food processor. Do not hurt yourself while chopping the cabbage and onion.

Not only does coleslaw go good with chicken, but with fish too.
