I think that the skewers are even nice to have made, for a snack, to grab whenever wanted... not just for parties. Also, portion control and calorie control.
The fried gnocchi sauce seems very very delicious... a little alfredo sauce mixed with a little pizza sauce... Total yum. Creamy.
