but you have to know that potatoes are REALLY REALLY high in carbohydrates which will make you gain weight!! I'm saying this because I'm studying food and nutrition and obesity is one of my finals exam topic

If you add just the right seasonings to quinoa, it will almost like taco meat, if not better. Substitute quinoa for the meat on your tacos, very goo.
