Awight me ole cobber? Ok, so I can’t speak with an Aussie accent but I can deliver you some recipes to show your solidarity with our cousins down under. (Literally in my case as I have family there!) There’s no real recognized Australian cuisine. Australian food is as multi-cultural as its population but there are some foods that have become nationally accepted as being true to the heart of Australian cuisine.
