30 Minute Meals are an excellent way to fix delicious food fast. Fixing a tasty, nutritious meal for dinner, whether it's for your family, your friends, or just yourself, can be difficult – unless you become a connoisseur of quick 30 minute meals! I work all day, even though I do it at home, and taking time out to prepare something that takes a lot of time and energy just isn't something I can do every day. I love having dinner all done and delicious, ready for the Better Half to enjoy after a long, hard day in the octagonal cubicle, but sometimes it's got to be quick. If you have time constraints of your own but, for whatever reason, want to make fast but delicious dinners, here are some scrumptious 30 minute meals to get you started!

1. Sauteed Shrimp on a Warm Black Bean Salad

I love shrimp and black beans (and black bean salads!), so this is one of my favorite 30 minute meals. It only takes 25 minutes, as long as you make sure to buy shrimp that are already shelled and cleaned! The black beans salad gives this dish a delicious, earthy kind of flavor, but there's something wonderfully refreshing about it too, thanks to additions like lime juice and fresh cilantro.
