It’s understandable to disregard anything that bursts in popularity in such a short time as just something that the hipsters and Instagrammers got hold of and pushed for their agendas, but there is no denying the wonder of avocado! Something that you will have seen plenty of online and even on trendy cooking shows is avocado toast of several different varieties. Don’t be put off trying it just because it seems to be ‘in thing’ right now, here are some actual reasons why avo toast is the best breakfast you can have!
