1. Pineapple Coolers
Want to feel like you’re lounging on the beach somewhere instead of stuck at home? This will drink will do it for you. It’s a little bit of the tropics right in your own backyard. Perfect!
Ingredients:
4 cups chilled pineapple chunks
1 ½ cups ice
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup coconut milk
1/3 cup rum
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into frosty glasses and garnish with lime and mint, if desired.

2. Frozen Hurricane
You have to be careful with this one because it tastes so good that you’ll want another and another. Then you’ll be in real trouble. Make it last by sipping it slowly. That way you don’t get an ice cream headache.
Ingredients:
1 ½ ounces gold rum
1 ½ ounces dark rum
1 ounce grenadine
1 ½ ounces orange juice
1 ½ ounces pineapple juice
Ice
Cherries
Directions:
Place the ingredients in the blender with the ice. Blend until frozen smooth. Serve in cold glassed with cherries.

3. Vodka Watermelon Frosty
This treat just screams summertime. Watermelon is something you should definitely not miss out on when the weather heats up. This drink lets you enjoy cocktail hour and watermelon at the same time.
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups frozen watermelon chunks
2 shots vodka
2 tablespoons honey
½ squeeze lemon
½ banana
Water to thin
Directions:
Blend the ingredients together, using small amounts of water to thin it as needed.

4. Dirty Banana
If you can get past the name of this cocktail, you will really love it. It has a fruity tropical taste mixed with a dessert flavor that makes it ideal for sipping slowly in the sun out in your yard.
Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen
2 ounces dark rum
½ ounce Kahlua
2 ounces milk
Ground nutmeg
Directions:
Puree the banana with the rum and Kahlua until smooth. Gradually add the milk and mix. Serve in a chilled wine glass topped with a dash of ground nutmeg for garnish.

5. Frozen Sangria
Sangria is my absolute favorite. I love making it myself, but it tastes just as great store bought. Either way, freezing it is a great idea for summertime.
Ingredients:
1 cup red wine
1 cup strawberries, frozen
½ cup frozen mango
¾ cup ice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon triple sec
Directions:
Place the ingredients in the blender. Puree until smooth. Serve in wine goblets with fresh fruit for garnish.

6. Coconut Blue Hawaiian
Your life will never be the same once you try this little gem. It’s a perfect summer color and coconut flavor makes it something you’ll crave all day long.
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup light rum
½ cup blue curacao
½ cup cream of coconut
10 to 12 cubes of ice
Cherries, for garnish
Directions:
Place the ingredients, except for the cherries, in the blender and puree until smooth. Pour into chilled martini glasses and top with a cherry. You can also dip the rim in water and press it into shredded coconut if you like.

7. Cosmo Slushy
This is like having a Slurpee, but all grown up. The flavors are to die for and the cold frosty consistency will cool you off, even on the hottest summer day.
Ingredients:
4 ½ ounces vodka
½ cup cranberry juice
¼ cup triple sec
1 ½ ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients and freeze for one hour. Stir and freeze again to get a slushy texture. Scoop into glasses to serve.
