For this recipe, all you'll need is 6 oz firm tofu and 5 1/2 oz Nutella. After you blend the two ingredients together at a high speed in your blender, you should spoon the smooth mixture into a cup. Then you can tap the bottom of the cup onto counter or other surface so that mousse levels out.
