What about the Tropézienne originate in Saint-Tropez And the Tourte aux blettes (local speciality in Nice); it's a very delicious tart made with swiss chard leaves (yes! Believe it or not, swiss chard...the green thing), and toasted pine nuts, golden raisins, apple and crème pâtissière

I'm French and I love cake (!) but have never seen or heard of the first one, the cruller?! Defo not a French classic. The second one looks odd too - tarte normande doesn't look like that. All the other ones I know of and love! Oh and nothing beats bakery croissants!! :)
