When you combine the two it creates a dough mixture which you can then use to form the tortillas. I recommend adding fresh avocado and spinach or any of your favorite low carb veggies on top of these gems. They are well worth it and very satisfying!
3. Cauliflower Fried Rice
Say no more to greasy Chinese takeout and hello to this low-carb substitute instead! This is so tasty you won’t even believe it’s vegan! You can pick up pre-packaged riced cauliflower at your local Trader Joe's or Whole Foods Market to save time and energy from dicing cauliflower yourself. This guilt-free meal is sure to satisfy your Asian food cravings and you can also use the leftovers to meal prep as well.
