I want to try the one with chicken!

Great! Me and my brother are obsessed with just eating the egg whites. Even in boiled eggs, we always give the yolks to our dog. And if we're to happen and eat a yolk we make sure that we only consume 1 egg yolk in a day. He's a gym buddy by the way.

Most of the calories are in the yolk because of all the nutrients it has. Eat the yolk! A egg has an average of 70 calories and you may have 2 to make an individual omelet. Don't just eat empty calories! All these recipes look delish!!
