The dollar store is your mecca for this! A buck for a water bottle (just in case you do not have a bottle), fruit (canned or frozen), and water (if you do not like water from your kitchen faucet). What could be so easy, healthy, and cheap?
At least get in those 8 cups. But, they do say to divide your weight in half and drink that in ounces.
