For flatter abs, you should be getting up to 35 grams of fiber everyday to avoid absorbing calories you get from other foods. Eat at least half a cup of berries daily. Luckily, you don't have to limit yourself to blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, but you can eat gooseberries, boysenberries, and blackcurrants for amazing effects.

4

Cinnamon

Cinnamon Adding cinnamon to your diet will help keep your weight in check, which in turn will keep your abs flatter. A U.S. study has confirmed that cinnamon can reduce blood glucose, which keeps hunger pangs at bay. It is also a carminative, which means it prevents bloating and has plenty of antioxidants required for better overall health.

5

Vegetable Soup

Vegetable Soup Adding broth-based soups to your diet will go a long way in trimming your waistline. A veggie soup is definitely one of the best foods for flat abs because it doesn't contain many calories. It not only helps you lose weight, it also helps keep lost weight from coming back again. Start with a cup of low-sodium, low-fat veggie soup every day.
