Roja Kumar is so funny as she demonstrates her favorite iced coffee making method. I have always had my doubts about instant coffee, but she has inspired me to make some instant iced coffee one day...
She did not say whether or not she uses sugar, but during the video, she used a spoon for something out of a plastic container. So, I am guessing sugar. Then, with the maple syrup, whole milk and optional whipped cream, I can see the calories mounting. I would use artificial sweetener, skim milk, a light maple syrup and leave out the whipped cream.
Has she almost converted you to instant? LOL Save yourself some money and get the ingredients at your local dollar store. The Starbucks habit gets expensive!
